Admin. Subcommittee voted to deny request for adjustment because water actually went through meter. (Meter was tested and found to be working properly.) There was also a leak in the toilet. Letter rec'd. from Student Legal Services and referred to Jennifer Lloyd. Letter rec'd. on 10/15/03 and requested review by entire USB. Will appear at the 10/20/03 USB meeting for review.
