I have already been monitoring this property. Tenant is building another shed to put all of this in. Stopped again today to talk to him and the shed is almost complete. Shed was completed and most of the suff was put in it. I don't know if the vehicle qualifies as abandoned if so I will have to have a signed rental complaint to make him get rid of it.
