Phone Call: Ms. loprez's daughter Lindsey lives at the above address. Ms. Loprez stated that when the daughter moved in there was a large amount of trash (construction debris) in the yard and in the trash cans. Both Ms. Loprez and her daughter have talked to Elkins Rental about having this trash hauled away. They have sent Elkins a certified letter the if the trash is not removed they would have is removed and bill Elkins, however they do not have access to a vehicle to remove the trash
