Sanitation will check out the trash containers in front of store. Sanitation check container and everything seems fine.

Phone Call: Owner/manager of Steve and Barry's says there is a terrible odor from the City garbage receptacles in front of his store on Kirkwood as well as dumpsters in the alley behind his store. Says if the City cleaned out the ones on Kirkwood occasionally it might help. He felt the dumpsters needed lids to help with that problem.
