Auditors office reports contract sale to Jason Widen his address is 519 W. 4th. Boyd Owings however is still listed as owner. So if you issue tickets issue to both Widen and Owings. Issed ticket for trash and weeds spoke to new owner and old owner. new owner will try to keep this up.
