Phone Call: The property located at 2622 has trash on the back porch as well as in the yard. There is now a foul odor coming from the area. Someone drug some of the trash to the front of the house but he does not know if there are any stickers on the bags. The pickup is not until Friday. The caller does not know if someone is still living there. It is a rental and he has tried contacting the owners but to no avail.
