Phone Call: CALLER IS TENANT. HAS TRIED TO GET PROPERTY OWNER TO REMOVE A WOODEN PULL-TYPE TRLR FROM BACKYARD. THIS TRLR CONTAINS PAINT CANS; BOARD WITH NAILS AND OTHER TRASH AND IT IS A HAVEN FOR MOSQUITOS ETC. THEY ARE UNABLE TO USE THE BACKYARD FOR COOKOUTS AND IS AFRAID HER GRANDCHILDREN WILL GET HURT. I DID NOT SCHEDULE A COMPLAIN INSP SINCE IT APPEARS TO BE TRASH AND HAND INSP CAN DRIVE BY.
