Ed went to 420 E Sheffield to talk with the homeowner. They felt that we should repair the leak since the employee who took the call out did not know where the leak was and only turned their water meter off for them. They waited all morning (their terminology) for us to come fix the leak and turn water back on. Ed spoke with Joe Perry and it was decided we would replace their galvanized water service and we would reconnect the service on the other side of their leak.
