Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Phone Call: Olympus prop. received large bill ($394.52) for former tenant (C. Stone Chadwick) at 1355 N. Lincoln. They do not feel they should be held responsible for former tenant's bill when they were not notified of delinquent account.

At the request of Olympus Properties, this matter was referred to USB Admin. Subcommittee for review. Called Olympus Properties and talked to Nancy. Per Nancy, Olympus paid the bill and entered it on tenant ledger. They would like to withdraw the complaint and not appear at the Admin. Subcommittee meeting on 8/15 at 1:00 p.m.
