STOPPED, TALKED TO TENANT, ISSUED WARNING. YARD HAS BEEN CUT BUT THEY HAVE NOT CUT THE TREE PLOT. SENT ANOTHER WARNING. Did not send warning because I drove by again and it was Day Lillies growing in the tree plot not weeds.
