Other: Several cats (at least 4)in the neighborhood of Village Ct & Westwood Drive that are unlicensed and running loose. They stir up the dogs in the neighborhood who bark after Quiet Nights hours of 9pm and mostly bark at 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 a.m.
