Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Letter: Ltr. rec'd. from Ms. Mastalerz re. her rental property at 312 Bryan Ave. Stool leaked. Leak was fixed when problem discovered. High bills for 3 months. She does not feel that tenants who are students could pay the large bill and requests an adjustment.

Request referred to Steve Saulter for reply. Ltr. sent to Ms. Mastalerz by Paula Dodds stating we could not adjust for leak since the water actually went through the meter. Tenants were sent bills and none were returned as being undeliverable; however, convenient payment arrangements can be made to work with tenants' budget.
