Letter: Letter rec'd. from Mr. Lauer stating that he did not feel that he should be responsible for rent owed by former tenant, Jeff Barrett. Mr. Lauer says he did not receive notice of the 2-years bills and would like matter referred to USB for resolution.

Matter will be referred to Administrative Subcommittee for review. Customer met with Admin. Subcommittee. After review, Subcommittee informed custoemr that he would be required to pay last 3 months of forner tenant's bill, and the forner tenant would be actively pursued payment of the balance.
