Temporary Signage w/o permit: Request
Phone Call: L & M Rentals owns the duplex and even though the units are occupied, the "For Rent" sign stays in the yard all year long. Ms Wood spoke to the owner and was informed that they leave the sign up as advertising for other rentals they own.

Drive by inspection. Sign is still up. Address is actually 3423 S Kennedy Dr. Issued warning letter. Received message from Matt Cascio. Claims the unit is for rent and the sign is in front of that unit.
