Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Letter: customer doesn't feel she should be responsible for charges from 2000 for and address that was in her name. She owed this property with her mother. It was a rental and the tenants never put the service in there name. She says she never received a bill for this and was unaware of any balance until it showed up on her statement due January 24th 2003.

This matter was referred to Margaret Dalle-Ave or Steve Saulter for review. USB Administrative Subcommittee reviewed request. Since proper notification of the delinquent amount was not given and since customer no longer owns rental properties, Subcommittee decided not to charge customer and will actively pursue former tenants.
