Phone Call: Ms. Stidd called Mayor's office to complain about odor coming from Dillman. She says that odor is so bad they cannot sit on front porch. She feels that odor control should be part of the maintenance of the plant.

This matter was referred to John Langley to answer. Dillman is excavating dried sludge from the sludge monofil & transporting it to Monroe County Landfill in accordance with operating permit. Odor fogging equipment has been activated. Mr. & Ms. Stidd were contacted to confirm that odor has dimished. The Stidds agreed that odor has diminished.
