Phone Call: Ms. Sheely contacted the Public Works office on 3/04/2003 to report that her cable has been going out at least 3 time a month, and at least twice this week alone. She stated that she has contacted Insight a number of times and she did not know what else to do. She would like this re-occuring problem addressed by Insight or the TCC.
