Parking on Unimproved Surface: Request
Phone Call: tenants have been driving and parking on the lawn despite repeated warnings not to do so. complaintant is owner of property and is concerned that they have been jumping the curb with the cars and may be damaging the curb/sidewalk as well as the lawn and possibly the neighbors lawn. there are two tenants - upstairs and downstairs and they both have and are continuing to do this.

Loks like tenants drive through here if blocked in from the back side of the drive (from the alley). Ca only give tickets if see them parked there. Nothing stops them from driving through there. Will watch for and ticket parking on the lawn.
