(corner lot) complainant says this is possibly over occupied but Carol just did the cycle on this and says it is the tenant's girlfriends staying over. Mr Hanna says the best time to see problem is in early morning and after fresh snow.
Spoke with tenants, spoke with Mr. Hanna, spoke with engineering. Curbs will be installed at this location in the spring and Mr. Hanna will place boulders on the property line. This combination will prevent tenants from driving on Mr. Hanna's property.
