Water Utility Billing Problems: Request

Phone Call: Mr. Freeman called to say his bill has been messed up for several months. He says he paid bill last month, but bill received this month does not have matter cleared up. Paula Dodds knows about the problem. Does not want matter taken to USB Subcommittee. Wants matter cleared up by CBU Director. Problem is bill for temp. hydrant meter.
