Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Letter: Letter from Mr. Mascari stated his October bill was unusually high for sewer portion and that he did not receive the notice until he received his December bill. Mr. Mascari would like to appeal this matter to the USB.

This matter was referred to Assistant Director Dalle-Ave since the problem deals with billing. Ms. Dalle-Ave should schedule a meeting of the USB Subcommittee to review the matter. Letter was sent to Mr. Mascari asking that he contact the Admin. Dept. so we can schedule a meeting. We do not have a record of telephone # for Mr. Mascari. - 6/03/2003 - Did not hear from Mr. Mascari - completed per Steve Saulter.
