Issued ticket to Blackwell Const. They own it according to the courthouse. 12/31-Blackwell called, they do not own, Matt Fields issued new ticket to Buyers Only. Complied

Phone Call: house being built by Buyers Only has no dumpster and there is construction trash all over the lot and it is starting to blow around through the area. He had contacted Buyers Only some time ago and there has been no action by them to rectify the problem.
