Phone Call: Mr. Fratianni states that he has complained numerous time about the tenants at this address not putting out the trash. There are 10 to 15 bags of trash piled up againist the back door of this house. Mr. Fratianni stated that this is a fire hazard. Animals are ripping open the bags.
