Phone Call: Terry Elkins has 9 units in the complex and no dumpsters; approx. 10 trash cans with no lids in a fenced in area attracting rats and other animals.

d.b., there is only trash cans in the trash containment area. there was a small amount of trash in the cans and on the ground. will keep an eye on this. they are not required to have a dumpster...if they have an appropriate amount of trash containers for the complex. if trash is not removed in a timely manner, i will contact the owner. have made periodic drive-bys, no consistent problems
