She wants to request that this be considered by the USB. Materials were given to Margaret Dalle-Ave to take to Subcommittee of USB. Ms. Moran met with Eng. Subcommittee of USB. Committee members denied the request for adjustment of fees because meter was working properly. Customer can pay the charges in 3 monthly installments as per letter dated 10/16/02'
