Phone Call: Deborah Shirley called for Cinergy. The electric meters are located under a stairwell in a courtyard--the area around the meters and the meters are covered w/pigeon droppings. They feel this is a health hazard to the meter readers.

Problems findong the meters. Originally at the wrong place. This is a valid complaint. Sent complaint report Have not been able to get into the court yard. Will keep trying. 12/02/2002 per email w/jennifer. do not care who cleans meters, but area around is owner's responsibility. Still require all to be cleaned. 01/10/2003 Per email from Jennifer. This issue has been resolved about who will clean up
