Water Utility Billing Problems: Request
Phone Call: Customer called asking why he is being billed fire protection on his irrigation meter. I explained to him it was a charge that has always been there it is now broken down separately. He says he pays it on his domestic meter and shouldn't have to pay it on his irrigation meter. I told him I would forward on his comments. He did want some else to call him back.
