Spoke with owner of adjacent property and with Rex Mays of the Monroe County Building Department. Building permit has expired, house is unfinished, and owner of adjacent property thinks Mr. Akin is sleeping in it. Rex posted a stop work order and will work with the owner of the adjacent property from this point.
