Phone Call: Ms. Glenn called and stated that the stormwater drain at 2815 Dale Court was backed up. She feels that this causes rats in her yard and her neighbor's yard. She would like to be called today (6/24) to discuss the matter.

This matter was referred to Jonathan Heald for a call today and a solution to the matter. Troy Powell checked this problem. The storm drain behind house is all open ditch. No back-up was found. The only problem was rodents digging in the yard. Ms. Glenn stated she was going to have Animal Control check the yard.
