Phone Call: Mrs. Hughes called on 6/12/02 to talk about her bill. She said she was not credited for last payment and recd. bill for 4000 gallons for 1 week. I referred her to Margaret Dalle-Ave. Mrs. Hughes requested # for IURC which I gave to her.
