Grass has been cut. Called Mrs. Belcher and talked to her about this. Owner's sold and moved out of state. New owner is Frank Owens and no one lives in this house. He cut it over the weekend except for a 2 ft. strip by the old garden. Told Mrs. Belcher I will come back up tomorrow because I can't see it from the street.
