Phone Call: Tenant (unregistered rental) at 1411 N Kinser reports that Jackson Heights Apts. has not been maintaining the back portion of the complex which adjoins his property. Large shrubs/bushes/trees on Jackson Heights property makes mowing very difficult. Mr. Guess said that if he is not home at the time inspector comes out to go ahead and walk in the back yard by the fence.
