Conducted site inspections and a review of aerial photos and historical records. Parking area is non-conforming and illegal. Notified owner by certified mail. Meet with owner and he will reconfigure parking area to meet code and will re-landscape the old parking area with grass. Listed property for sale around 8/23/2002. Will continue to monitor.
