Parking on Unimproved Surface: Request
Phone Call: Resident living at the corner of N. Kingsley and W. Briarcliff has been parking a vendor truck on the lawn. Caller said that there is mud everywhere due to where the truck is being illegally parked.

evidence of where car has been is apparent, no vechicle was present at the time of inspection. 3/27/2002....have been by the property several times and have never seem a truck parked in the yard, mud is visable, but there is nothing we can do if no car is ever found at the residence.
