Spoke with Ms. Pate, neighbors have removed the downspout extension.

Water Utility Problems: Request
Phone Call: Ms. Pate believes that someone has attached an extention to a downspout and ran it to the end of the property line at 1212 S. Grant. The water that is coming from the downspout is running into her yard at 1208 S. Grant and flooding her basement. Please call Ms. Pate back to let her know if anything can be done.
