Phone Call: The alley that runs behind his home, between Hilside and Wilson is gravel, and when they have a heavy rain the gravel is washed out into wilson Street. Mr. Pitman stated that the alley is in terrible shape and is very difficult to drive on

Per instructions from Jonathan Heald of CBU this matter is referred to the Street Dept. because this is a matter that should be handled by Street Dept. or Public Works and not Utilities Department. Bobby C. went to look at this alley. The crews graded and place stone in the alley on 9-21-01. It lokes good nowbut when it rains the same problem will re-occur. There are no drainage pipes or inlets and the drainage is what will cause this to be a frequent and on-going problem
