Visited site to inspect. Alley was in good condition. I called Margaret on 9/25/01 in the afternoon; she returned my call on 9/26/01 afternoon. I explained to her that the alleyway, at this time, did not meet our criteria for paving but that if the condition worsens that she should contact me to come out and reevaluate the situation.
