Phone Call: Mrs. Kundich's son lives here. Eric Kundich--they have rats inside the house. They started hearing them shortly after the storm sewer construction started. they caught at least 3 over the weekend. Please call Eric at 323-1526 to let him know what we are going to do and what he needs to do. The tenants called Arab pest control over the weekend. The exterminator came and said they also have termites. Owner knows about all of this because the tenants gave him the bill from Arab.
