DB completed. I have spoken to Wayne on several ocasions. I issued a notice of ordinance violation, he has 7 days to clean it up and cover the wood. ticket for wood. 05/15/2001 db completed, he has picked up the yard, and removed quite a bit of wood. he is continuing to work on property.
