no trash was present at the time of the inspec., talked to the owner of the save-a-lot, he stated his main concern was that the dumpster behind the CVS has no cover. i spoke with city planning and the health department, there is no rule governing a lid on a dumpster for non-food businesses. called the health department to let them know that the complaintant wants action to be taken on CVS.
