Walk In: John applied for service on 9/29/00 is was approved that same day. He was told he could not tap in transmission main a seperate line was put in. John says he had to make several trips into the offcie and many phone calls before anything was done. He feels like he wasn't treated fairly and was kept informed about what was going on. The set up was put in 1/16/01 and the meter was set 3/22/01. He feels like it took to long to get everything taken care of.

john came into my office to file his complaint. He wanted to make sure a formal complaint was on file. CBU had to construct a new main for Mr. Reeves to connect. CBU maintained contact with Mr. Reeves and was not aware of any problems.
