Sewer Problems (Sanitary Sewers): Request
Phone Call: Tenant having problems with raw sewage under building. Roto Rooter has been out twice. They told her there was raw sewage under the building. Also, received call from Gary Cain at the Health Department about this.

On site, maint. is working on repair. They had a drain line split. They will put lime down after repair and will remove it once the sewage is soaked up. Told them I will call manager this afternoon and will be out next week to check and make sure sewage is cleaned up under building. Matt & John reinspted.
