Phone Call: Mr. Pratt is very upset that he was not informed that CBU was installing a new fire hydrant in his yard.

Tom spoke with Mr. Pratt informing him that CBU does endeavor to tell people when CBU will be working in the right of way, but somehow he was not informed. Tom apologized and assured Mr. Pratt that the work will be done with the least amount of disturbance to the property as possible and the yard would be restored in a very short time.
