Scheduled comp insp for 2/12/2001 at 11:30 I1. completed inspec., tenant said that sewer backing up had been a ongoing problem, sent report. a reinspection showed that the problem had been fixed, the problem was due to a lift station going down. the owner said that it was not an ongoing problem.
