Phone Call: Mr. Baird reports that J-Max trash service empties the dumpster at 16th and Walnut improperly and trash is scattered all over the road and in front of his house. Air Quality Travel has the dumpster. Mr. Baird would like to be contacted with status of his complaint since this is an ongoing problem with J-Max.

DB--I don't see any trash called Air Quality Travel and spoke to Carolyn. She says that she looked at this right after she spoke to Mr. Baird and it looked to here like someone had dropped a gallon of milk that broke open and poured out on the street and a round loaf of bread. She says that someone will check on the day of Jamax and be sure that nothing is spilled. Called Mr. Baird and left msg. on his answering machine.
