Phone Call: Called to complain that she pulled up to the four-way stop at W 8th and Fairview and a CBU dump truck would not back up to let her pass through the intersection.

Tom Staley spoke with the CBU driver who advised that he was in the intersection before she pulled up to the stop. Since he was in the intersection by Fairview Elementary School, he did not want to chance the possiblity of a child in the way that he could not see. Tom agreed with CBU driver.
