Inspection w/ t Valid. Sewage coming out in hole next to house. Sent complaint insp. report w/ 10/06/2000 deadline. Not complied by deadline. Issued Emergency Orders to Vacate on 10/06 /2000 deadline 4:00 PM 10/07/2000 Not complied until 10/09/2000 The repairs were completed on the 10th and 11th. D.B. Repairman was repairing stret cut from repair work.
