sent warning to the owner. owner (bavender) came in on 9/25/2000, to argue the fact that he had planted the items that were above 8 inches. he is an environmentalist and wants his yard to stay that way because it is environmentally friendly and feels that since he had planted those plants, they should not be cut down. i agreed and will address the situation if it comes up again.
