drove by problem area...talked with ray buhls he is the process of working with the owner on new placement and screening the dumpster. he is meeting with the owner on 10/16/2000...the owner lives in arizona. a drive-by inspection of the property on 1/16/2001 showed that the dumpster had been moved to the back with a proper screen around it.
