Animal Control & Neglected Pets: Request
Phone Call: McDonald called BPD at 3:30 a.m. re barking dog & was told BPD does not respond to this type noise complaint and that he should confront owner of dog. McDonald felt that confronting owner at 3:30 a.m. would possibly create a dangerous situation and in addition, BPD should change policy to respond to this type noise situation same as if it was a loud stereo. (FYI - A.C. officers will contact McDonald re filing affadavit about noise nuisance.)
